Default DAS DL250 and Ness Dialler

    Hi,

Ive been advised we should be able to just plug in a ness dialler with sim card into my father in laws DAS DL250.. I ahve tried this and set the alarm off, it looked like it was dialing the mobile but then added a lot of random numbers to the end of the number.. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Did dialling the mobile work before ok with the landline? So did it work with the ness sim unit?

Yes it worked fine before switching to the NBN, that’s why we need the ness dialed

Did it dial the mobile after setting up Ness sim dialler. May need a tech service call to check programming if it didn't.

I saw on the ness dialer it put in the mobile number, but then started putting the same numbers in over and over again

Out of curiosity is it hard to change the number dialed? I’ve been doing research and it almost looks like it’s adding an account code onto the end of the number. So I’m thinking I can put a pause or something at the end of the number
