Default Programming UHS UC-330-3G Interface + Bosch Solution 6000

    Hi All,

Our system comprises of a Bosch Solution 6000, and a UHS UC-330-3G Interface that uses the PSTN Output of the alarm. This was all working fine until we upgraded to v 2.30.xx of the Solution 6000, and either the firmware or our general touching of the system (Power down) has stopped it from reporting correctly.

Chubb, who monitor the system from said 3G interface have advised that the codes they're seeing are 'Bad Panel Checksum Low Battery’ and nothing else, not even alarms. The actual panel is reporting no system troubles whatsoever.

Any ideas or suggestions? I am also chasing the software / installer manual for the UHS UC-330-3G so we can alter the config and dial a different number.

It will be easier to get rid of the UHS and put in a permaconn gprs unit.

Chubb suggested the same! Going to try a tweak, if not looks like upgrade required
