Default Old Foxtel dish for D2

I've just bought a house with an old unused Foxtel 65cm dish. Don't plan on ever signing up for Foxtel so thought I'd try and play around and see if I can get some sort of FTA satellite content on it. No idea if the LNB still works etc but will cross that bridge when I come to it haha.

Total beginner with satellite stuff, is 65cm going to be big enough to view the D2 feeds? Line of sight is unobstructed, eastern suburbs Brisbane. Will going to say a 90cm dish make a big difference in what I'm likely to receive? Thanks.

    65cm is fine for D2.

90cm won't increase what you'll receive from D2, but it would provide a stronger signal making reception a bit more reliable during heavy rain.
