Default Media Player with delete option

Is there a media player for TVs (connected by HDMI) with usb drive ( with my contents ) that I can watch TV episodes and delete them after viewing so I dont have to manually record (on notebook or something)

where I am up to eg Married with children series 2 episode 5 next time I know I am up to Series 2 episode 6 .

Eg foxtel IQ2 box recordings are listed and when I view an episode it marks it as "viewed" so I can delete it or know where I am up to ??

    Thanks

    \Thanks Thomo
just stock player i think, you can put vcl or anything on them really
    the delete process lol
ok get into the file manager or the c: in my case, then i just worked out
the icons across the top, 1 put them in list mode so you can tick them
another shows delete, using teamviewer from pc is the go.
i need a new one, my old job wont stream anything over 2.5gb (netflux ok)
& the newer shit one i bought, has more memory but has graphics corruption.

but using t\v with a tablet, lappy, phone, anything but the remote is easier

Any Kodi experts here ? I know the x10 box is a cheap chinese box but it struggles to play the basic mp4 files from my usb drive (all play fine directly to the tv) without flickering etc on the Samsung series 7 Tv

Testing on youtube 4k files seems reasonable

    anyone
