If it has a website to update software etc, try that.

Otherwise it's likely a crap receiver.... what you might expect for 50 bucks.

If all the other buttons open the GPS Info then it's most likely a dud device or bad firmware.
If different buttons are opening different, wrong apps it may be possible to get the calibration settings to open.

In the past I've got similar devices to start the calibration by just tapping all different places all over the screen until what I wanted opened, can take while though.
Perhaps figuring out the difference in spacing between what the actual tap opens, and where the desired setting's launcher is.
What I mean by that is, say you tap Calibration and the app that opens corresponds with an icon that's 1 across to the right and 2 down, maybe try tapping the launcher that's 2 up & 1 across to the left.
I've also seen them that far out of alignment that where you actually have to tap to get the calibration to start is off the screen therefore impossible to open.
And I've seen devices where all the launchers, while displaying properly, seem to have their tap response areas piled onto a very small screen area about the size of 2 or 3 icons total.

Firmware update can fix this sometimes, if not device replacement is usually required.
Some sellers will send you the firmware on an SD card with instructions on how to install it, others will just replace the device.

Yeah tried that but the button is top right and it activates 1 row down and 2 icons in.... pressing on vacant space at the bottom brings up CE, but its also unusable due to the same issue.... same with primo, the whole thing is uncalibrated....

That might be of some use, it's a fix for calibration using a Primo UX when the calibration cannot be run manually on a device.
Apparently with that UX when Primo is started it opens the calibration settings.
The site is in Russian but just click on the "Calibratefix.7z on the upper left, extract and read the "explanation.txt" file for instructions.
There might be an ad to close before it'll let you click on the .7z link.

If that doesn't work I guess contacting the supplier might be the go.

Thanks mate, I gave that a go, but no go.... It may have helped marginally, I saw the calibrate screen flash up when it was loading, but I think the prob is in the firmware.... I'm liaising with the seller, see what comes from that.... cheers and thx

I'd call that a good outcome.
