And calling the 1300 993 376 line returns a recorded message "I'm sorry, we are currently experiencing systems problems and unable to process the call, please try again later".
Is anyone else experiencing issues trying to access the myvast.com.au website.
It doesn't matter what site within the myvast website I try to go, it tries to redirect to another website "service.com".
Firefox shows up as Warning: Potential Security Risk Ahead.
I did go through with it on alternative gadget and it does go to service.com website which has nothing to do with VAST.
Anyone know what is going on, how long this has been happening??

...hmmm..
There was a message that the VAST website would be down until 6th April. Saw it on there thursday.
The VAST call centre was supposedly scaled down due to COVD19. As it is only staffed as a part time service anyway. So looks like it is now purely web based until further notice. Most of the activation and reactivation is automated. The technical staff usually review everything anyway. Try emailing vast.administration@mysattv.com.au
As mentioned earlier, the website has a banner stating web services etc will be down between 3rd and 6th of April. So just wait till the 7th April.
