You won't find many who can help you here, as that kind of activity died a natural death many years ago, with the introducation of newer version encryption systems in Australia.
Try an earlier version of Windows (XP) on an old, slow computer.
Hi hope someone can help
I returned to satellite tv after a long time.
I have tried to download firmware from Duolabs to programme my programmer but when I try to run it -it says 'Please connect to your usb' , or 'driver not installed'

Most likely a driver not compatible with your operating system.. I ran Win 98 on a laptop and it worked fine reading IRD / NDS cards.
As Tristen says - Sat activity died of a natural death many years ago so maybe try an earlier version OS.

please can someone advise me on an easy to use programmer as I returning to satellite tv after a long gap.
I have severe learning problems ..so would like something not too complicated please..I have an old Duolabs Cass 3 which I been reliably informed is now defunct.
kind regards
What type of card, and what provider do you want to program/copy etc .... a card for ?
It may be an easier question to ask if it is possible to do or not ?
as said earlier most if not all card programming died many years ago in Australia

Hi thank you for getting back...I am wanting to programme Fun cards and Cams..
My choice of programmer back in the day would have been a Duolabs Cas 3 to program Fun Cards or cams
The Latest CAS Interface Studio 9.8.7 software installs drivers OK on a Win 7 PC (does not get an error when you connect the USB)
Win 10 won't install the drivers from the Cas Studio software .... (something about unsigned driver problem) (to install on Win 10 you may have to disable driver signature verification on Win 10 .... Google search for info on this, I didn't want to go to this extent myself)
