Is2 world media 3834 vt missing in action

Is 2 world media italian tv gone. I tried to ring both numbers today, one was constantly engaged the other i got put on hold and got bored after 10 minutes, the other vertical transponders seemed good, world media has gone missing in action, vetrun sugests new freq 3845 vt ms4604 loads one channel,
any one know what's goin on.

Only channels left on there are ART and Al Jazeera the rest have left new frequency is 3846 Vertical S/R 4604

This service on there is being phased out so you either have to join there Intelsat 8 Ku service or just have those channels til its eventually all gone I guess
