    Default Heater thermostat wiring.

    So i have replaced the dead ducted heater and now trying to wire up the heater to our old Brivis (honeywell) programmable controller. Wiring is 6 wires and i have connected the Red,White,Green and Yellow with the corresponding terminals on the heater PCB, i did have it burst into life but then found i had mistaking reversed the intlet/outlet ducts so turned it off the amend that.
    Now when i switch it on it asks to be reset, problem is the reset button on the thermostat doesnt seem to work and there is no reset button on the heater PCB ?
    I even hooked up the basic manual controller that came with the heater but the reset buton hidden under the cover seem to work either, its a brivis starpro 4.

    Not this? ;

    Brivis Classic models that have not started to blow warm air after 30 minutes will require a reset. To do this, turn the Wall Control OFF, and then wait for 5 seconds before turning the Wall Control back ON. You need to do this 3 times in one minute to reset the heater.

    Found some one on facebook that was able to tell me how to reset it, all working now and possibly just need to update to a more modern thermostat.
