    Default Frequency Generator

Can anyone recommend a free Frequency Generator that I can download and use it in my notebook. The reason why I want a Frequency Generator it test some lounge shakers as I have one particular frequency that is pissing off my shakers The range I want to test is from 15 Hz to around 80 Hz. The way that I will test is via the audio output from the notebook to the input to the shaker amp. Also it might help where to download it from
    Thanks

Audacity is what I use -
To create a sine wave of specific frequency, once Audacity's running click Generate > Tone then set the parameters to whatever you desire.

I have Audacity's 2.1.0 on my older computer and I use this before for other matters. I will download the latest version 2.4.0 and see how it goes. All I want to find out why my Shakers (Just in case that you dont know Shakers are Sub Woofers for inside my Lounge) have some issue on 40% UHD ATMOS and DTS X movies when the movie on high bass (explosions) that rattle yet on some movies 60% out of 130 odd movies with MORE HIGHER Volume explosions dont rattle at all. Possibility when my main amp send a frequency to the Shaker amp and this amp send a certain frequency to my Shakers the 4 Shakers dont like it so lets see whats going on.
