    Default Vale Ennio Morricone

Sad to hear that has died.
Perhaps one of the greatest film music composers of all time?
His work on the Spaghetti Westerns is legion, but I feel that "The Mission" was his tour de force.
Inspiring music from a great composer.

The Theme from "The Good the Bad and the not so Pretty" would have to be his best known work.

The "Bestl Known" and then there is the truly wonderful.

"Once upon a Time in America" and "Once upon a Time in the West" were an aural masterpiece.

Despite being credited with numerous film scores, I agree the theme from The Good, The Bad And The Ugly is likely his best-known work, not just from the film soundtrack, but it was very popular on radio as well.

Here's over an hour of his greatest 'hits'.

    Thanks for your music, Ennio.

Probably the best version i have seen/heard.

I love the Movie "The Good the Bad and the Ugly" and that theme that was stuck in my head for years and ever one and then it comes back.

And it's available to listen to here if you missed it

Just click listen on the top right. As someone who only had a small appreciation of Morricone I found this show brilliant and highly recommend it.
