Showed me the endless clauses in the tender and there are 5 pages of questions relating to the employment of aboriginals in his (3 man) company. Goes insanely beyond the contract and the work to be done, it's virtually a combination of railroading and guilt tripping to employ Abbos. How many are employed in your company, are you looking to employ aboriginals, what would an indigenous person bring to your company..... Unbelievable. I said to my mate, would you like me to photoshop you into a pic taken at a Black Bullshit Matters rally? Surely it would have to help going on this crock.
He was also telling me that there is now a clause or going to be a clause in workplace law that for every 100 employees, you must have at least 1 abbo.
Mate is in a specialist field and says he doesn't recall ever seeing an abbo in his industry. This must apply to a lot of industry's. At very best there is going to be a very limited supply of qualified abbos in a lot of fields so what does one do if you can't find one?

I was telling Mrs Tonight about the tender and she was anything but surprised. She is on the hiring panel for the council she works for and says she gets it from 2 others on the panel. If the applicants are a ( not so) minority, these pair are always pushing for them. Often they have NO skills what so ever but because they are what ever ( often Muzzo where she is) these others want to hire them on identity not skills and attributes.
No wonder there are so many incompetents in so many positions now.
Once upon a time you needed to know what you were doing, be trained, have skills etc.
Now, You just have to come from the right background and it doesen't matter whether you have a clue or not.
Not going to be a lot of point sending abbos to Uni and covering all their fees if they can get jobs with no qualifications at all just because of their heritage.
I thought that singling people out because of their race, religion and skin colour was illegal but it seems it's OK when it suits an agenda and narrative obviously here and in the US and many other places I would guess.

in my case it was because the govt funded project was designed to get abbos into work , so therefore they made being an abbo a prerequisite above any other circumstance. I was doing some fire industry training in Nth QLD for a hospital upgrade. In two weeks i was supposed to take 12 long term unemployed abos from nothing and make them sprinkler fitters with a cert 2 qualification. And to top it off i was told not to fail them in any of thier modules. Well , i tried hard , passed them all at 51% as i was told to do , and laughed when only 2 of them actually turned up to start the supervised site work. Then those 2 left the next day after i made them unload boxes off the truck. These dickeheads expected the manifolds and droppers to install themselves!! About $100,000 wasted !!!

I saw reports last night where the Trump o phobes were out in full force because Trump called Camelarla " Nasty" and the leftards have gone into a flat spin and claimed that he was sexist to use that term.

I do wonder how well having a black woman will work though? I get the impression there would be a lot of places in the US where that was not seen as an asset, in fact a detriment. The 'Toss-Up' states look very likely to end up as Trump ground, mainly because they actually are and he also has the tools for manipulation, gerrymandering, delaying postal votes, blah blah.
In reality there are only two things that count for a large amount of Americans:
- Second Amendment
- Banning Abortion

I have seen a lot of Commentators and people Criticise the American People for Voting Trump in and calling them stupid or whatever but I think there is nothing as stupid or arrogant as telling people they got things wrong in a free election. 4 years down the track, the measurable FACTS rather than the BS would show they were anything but wrong in their decision and it has worked out to improve things for them well and truly. The ultimate stupidity for the Americans right now would be to put Bidumb in simply because he's not Trump. That's what the demos seem to be basing 90% of their Campaign on. On their merit, Jockstrap Joe seems to have done nothing in 45 years, Gorilla seems to have an outstanding record of pissing people off and getting herself hated. Not a strong recommendation to put them in.
I don't know much about politics but if one were to identify what the people wanted and then go against it when trying to be elected, I'd say that was the most stupid and pointless position one could have. Seems to me the demos try to appeal to the Screamers and noisy faction of the population and seem to disregard what the calmer more rational segment wants. Perhaps they don't even realise The screamers are the minority and the quiet average family people far outweigh them. It's been proven round the world time and time again including the last US election but maybe the Demos are so caught up in their own world they don't even realise it. Hard to imagine but incredible things do happen.
Last election, the polls showed hitlary would win by a land slide. The fact they show Biden only slightly ahead atm is a pretty clear indicator to me what the final outcome is going to be.
To me the greatest insight into the mindset of Bidens side of politics is the fact that his running mate is first and foremost a "woman of colour". Not a person who has done great things for their community. Not a person who has been a community leader for xx years etc, but purely about the persons skin colour & gender.
