    Default Discusions on aerosols and masking.

    As its a techo forum and most would be interesting in how things work, and we are stuck with covid the discussions of the 3 speakers in this vid might be of interest to a quite few.

    Of course it relevant to the covid thread but more so the effects of different size of droplets, different masks, infection locations and air environments.

    Note the first speakers response to getting on an aeroplane right now. I was also surprised the effects of airflow and "respirable" particles, the risk with your eyes.

    Just had a look through of the video, its a bit lengthy but get the jist of the commentary. Being retired and in a country town only have cheap paper masks at the moment and restrict my movements about town.

    Stay away and avoid large groups of people as much as possible.

    Sure for those in the cabin of a passenger plane would have a high grade mask and even consider googles or at least a face shield.
