    Hey,

When I come out of programming after about ten minutes I get faults on an expander which seem to be clear.

when I connect software I get RPM supervision fault on a zone which appears to be ok when tested.

The expanders are serial polling btw

Is it related to zone 63?

I do find when coming out of programming on a 120 it can be slow polling modules etc.

How many expanders / zones is the system?
Did you start the zone serial numbers at 10?

It’s an exisiting system we look after on behalf of a government
It’s zones 49-52 causing us issues.

Maybe try replacing that zone expander. Check the 12volt power for that expander / zones.

Hmmmm....I find it very strange, almost incomprehensible, that a company or individual should seek help from professionals on an on-line forum for a problem relating to their current occupation or business.

When this sort of thing happens, I question whether they should be in business in the first place, as they are relying on the knowledge and experience of other reputable professionals to prop them up at no cost, when they find themselves lacking the knowledge or experience required to solve a problem.

Boasting 26 years experience in the game, with a government contract and you need to seek assistance from a public forum?

tristen has a valid point, however, there in no rule that says you can't seek assistance on Austech, but you may risk embarrassment if your employer/client sees your posts.

I guess that's why you have asked us to delete your account and threads/posts, which of course we don't do, as per the forum rules you agreed to.

I won't delete your account or posts, but I will assist you leaving us.
