What are you trying to do?
You have to be very careful with this system as if you change one thing it can affect other attributes

    Howdy!

Its a brand new second hand unit, we're replacing the very AGED BN that we have here, and I woulnt mind looking at it through the programming software rather than the handset. I want to get it set up on the bench first so I can play with it to see what option do what and if I break it, I can always default and start again as its not in service.

Essentially this is the setup we hope to achieve :-

11 Handsets (Two 28 Button, the rest are 18 Button)
5 PSTN Phone Lines (4 Phone Lines One Mobile Phone)
Voice Mail and Voice Mail Server (So people can leave messages)
Auto Attendant (During the Day 1 for Service 2 for etc etc, After Hours 1 for Control Room 2 for On Call Service Technician etc etc)

    And thats about it..

may help... the samsung software is a bit "clunky" and a few years old, there may be better versions now.
