Hills NX12 Programming Help Neded

Hi Guys,

Just yesterday my alarm panel had to be replaced with the new NX12 because old one had error where it was keep on beeping and flashing power light even after replacing battery so we replaced it with the new one...

Now my zones are stuffed as well as exit procedure staffed...

Where I used to set alarm all outside doors at night now I cannot do that like BYPASS MODE.

AND also Before I used to set alarm with an open my front door and exit from my house no problem now I have to not move at all close all the doors and wait for the ready light to be green...

Which really annoying because the programmer Did not know much about the configuration as much just basic config...

Now Can anyone help me to sort this out??

Get the installer back to rectify the faults as it would be under warranty. If you start playing with it yourself, you will get blamed for the mess it is in. I would also suggest that you should be present and go through a commissioning/ handover of the system to demonstrate everything works correctly and is fit for purpose as you require it. Any competent installer should be able to sort these problems out with a manual even if they are not current with this panel.

Assume it's is now the R12 panel.
Get the installer back, hasn't enable the partial mode zones and Force Arming.
