Free to Air through Mystar

Hi everyone,

We had mystar in Hobart and have taken it with us to travel round Aus in a caravan. We are on the Sunshine coast and have set up everything with the sat dish but the sweep shows its still locked to the Mt. Wellington transmitter so we can't get the local FTA stations. Is there a way to unlock/change this? We have been told DEFINITELY not to phone Austar as they object to their boxes being removed from original site (don't know why as they still get their dosh). Any help greatly appreciated as we are simpletons when it comes to tv technology.

I did try the same with a relatives Mystar at my place....no go on the terrestrial. I believe they set the item up via your local postcode or tower, and this cannot be changed without Austar doing it for you.
