    While there were other very decent shredders and tappers before him, I think it is safe to say that Eddie made these brilliant guitar technics mainstream.That stuff on those videos was actually top ten pop music of the time. Hard to believe when you look at todays pop.
    He could sell this great music and the kids loved it, well I was one of those kids ...and with an el cheapo electric guitar.
    OK ACDC got me into it but no doubt it was Van Halen who took me to the next level(that I could never properly accomplish).


    Those fantastic times when you could just switch on a radio and hear really good music are now long past.
    This is all very sad... so sad this loss, RIP Eddie.
    Update: A deletion of features that work well and ain't broke but are deemed outdated in order to add things that are up to date and broken.
    Compatibility: A word soon to be deleted from our dictionaries as it is outdated.
    Humans: Entities that are not only outdated but broken... AI-self-learning-update-error...terminate...terminate...
