    Default Riding Tips for Motorcycles.

This is by far the best series of videos to help keep motorcyclists safe & educated that I have seen; & yes I have seen many.

As a retired A-Grade Superbike road racer, that still rides bikes on the road & track (currently 200hp Aprilia RSV4), I agree with Bret's opinions & presentation.
If you ride a bike; educate yourself & practice, so you are ready for the situation that may appear right in front of you in the future, it could be tomorrow.

& for the short riders, some basic tips, very funny.

    Cheers, Tiny

It's always good to review your own techniques and compare to others to see what you can improve on. Thanks for sharing.

I'll have a look when I have a moment. The last video....hmmm.....this KTM 1190 Adv R is such a tall bike. I'm sure I'll get a laugh after dropping it on the weekend in Benambra.

Yep, that's the whole idea of the presentation, learn to be a better rider, thru technique & practice, so you avoid crashing.

It won't take long to watch, the 3 main ones are a 30 minute presentation divided into 3 x 10min sections in the order I have posted.

The last one, for short riders, is a good laugh actually. Some of the things, like getting on from the right side I doubt I could do on my RSV4 without tipping it over. The side stand is very short & the balance point of the bike is easy to get wrong just parking on anything that's not level ground. I have no problems mounting it normally anyway.

He also has a lot of other vids that include off road riding on adventure bikes. >>
    Enjoy your ride.

Always good to brush up on your riding skills, back in the 90's i had a break from bikes as i was OS for 4 years and license expired. Went and re did my learners and then P's at HART which was well worth it.
