Default Best Solution - Single door access control with App connection

    Hi guys

I have a customer who wants a simple setup to open and close a door between certain times or lock it whenever.

I'm thinking mag lock or a simple strike, putting a auto closer on the swing door.

whats the best system for app control without a full blown my alarm subscription.

I will be installed probably a reed switch and PIR aswell for the alarm function.

Only need 1 relay and to control the door - with an external power supply of coarse?

    paradox evo or bosch 6000?

was thinking inception but dunno what the sky command is like to use as havn't done inception in a while?

    thoughts?

Paradox and Sol 6000 both require alarm subscription. Sol 6000 would be a good setup.

Could try Sol 3000 or Hills R128.
Depends if you need swipe card access or is it key override.

The Solution 6000 has a plan where you don't need a subscription. It's called iFob Control Pay Once, where you pay a one-off $99 + GST fee for ongoing access. It provides app access to the panel and up to 100 notifications per month for up to 10 mobile devices.

    Thanks guys

Spoke with my bosch supplier and he told me bout the "one off" option for the 6000, haven't done much with 6000 so keen to see how that goes, i mainly do paradox evo/spectra panels.

Might give the bosch a whirl as i use a heap of 3000 for my domestic customers with the rsc+ app and they seem a solid product.

There's also a free SMS app for the 6000, but obviously you need to pay for the SIM subscription.
