Could someone please post the NewCS.xml for sharing internal slot on dreambox and external smartcard reader on DM500, just wanting to double check mine as i played withit now its not working.

Yes thats it thank you. only one question is that can both of these share the share port ie 15000

I dont think they can share the same port, I might be wrong, But you would be better off using 2 different ports in my opinion.

It needs two different ports, that's how the card is selected in a multiple slot setup.

All working now. I was messing around with a different image and forgot to save my old settings, that was all.
