Default Ness D8 phone line how to deactivate

    Hope someone can help

I no longer have my Ness alarm system monitored, so I now have the phone line disconnected and the error of a flashing line icon

Is it possible to deactivate the line to get rid of the line icon on the control panel?

    thanks for any assistance

Was it a follow me phone number or back to a monitoring centre.

If back to a monitoring centre best get a alarm tech to sort programming.

tks for the swift reply. It was programmed back to a monitoring centre. I disconnected the phone line and was able to delete all phone nrs but still have the flashing phone icon.

If I need to get an alarm tech to remove the flashing icon I think I might just continue to tolerate it :-)

Then P86E 1E will disabled dialler. 1 led should be ON if dialler is disabled.
If that doesn't make sense. Then need a alarm tech.

Tks, I have already tried P86E 1E and still have the flashing icon so it clearly isn't disabled. You are right, I don't understand "1 led should be on if dialler is disabled" so will give up.

    thankyou for your assistance
