Linux os and frontend found works a treat

just found a howto setup ubuntu then strip out not needed stuff
via a script

it then install all the stuff ready to play just add roms
p.s google says this has malware but i didnt find any on the site
it uses sdlmame
and wah!cade for linux

which is the linux version for mamewah

UPDATE just found an error in howto

Go to the menu at the top of the screen and choose
Applications >> Games >> Wah!Cade Setup Editor
go to ‘Emulators’ tab
change ‘Application’ to /usr/games/mame
click on little arrow next to Application Parameters
change Command Line to ‘-rp [ropath] [name]‘ (without quotes)

change to the line too

‘-rp [rompath] [name]‘

change ropath to rompath
