question for photo editing gurus

Ok i am trying to edit some pictures to add onto my site and what
i would like to know is which is the best to use ( simple to use )
to cut out a item and add it to a different background.

Lets say it was the picture i have added here and i want to cut out
the light and put it in a different background.
