    Default Floods (Again!)

Nobody has said anything, so I thought I'd start by asking....

How is it going for everyone in the affected areas? I hope you're all OK.

I'm luckily not really involved as I sit on a hill in Canberra (no, not that one) and apart from an overgrowing jungle of a yard, I have no real issues.

The record of Tim Flannery predictions stands!! 100% fail.
The fact that there's a highway to hell and a stairway to heaven says a lot about the anticipated traffic flow.

Flooded in here (SE Qld), but high on a hill ~ getting a good feed of field mushrooms out of the surrounding paddocks (which is becoming a rare event =)

I was thinking of starting this thread, but being high and dry, procrastinated.
I was expecting george66 to start as he is in the southern Nepean area.
Anyone who familiar with Windsor will no the the Power Boat Club.
Water is up to the second level, about 50 feet above the normal river level.

No issues in Yeppoon , a few big storms and high winds hanging around but thats it. The tides have been extremely high recently as well - what is normally a low of .3 or .4 is around 1.3

High and dry on the Gold Coast where we have had, according to our trusted media, three 100 year flood events in the past 15 years. Still scratching my head over those calculations.
