    Default UEC Decoder loses signal.

If it decides to work, it loses signal after a short time. Checked LNB and moved to other cable, but if it gets a signal loses after short period.Pretty certain it is not supplying power to the LNB.

Would this be fixable with new power supply.
It is one of the original Vast boxes.

    Sounds like electro caps problem.

The caps problem is very common with the old UEC boxes.

Check all the electros, as ones on the main board die as well as in the power supply.

Quite often you can see bulging and/or leakage.
