    Default Third World Chinese

It's just as well China is classed as a third world country according to the Paris accords.....

A few days ago, 3 new military ships in one day.....a ballistic missile submarine, a destroyer, and an amphibious landing ship.

And yesterday, the first stage of a permanent space station......

    .
    .
    .

Just how f*cking dumb are we in the west?

    Wow.

If China is classed as a third world country, I wonder how they rate us.

There is a saying "keep your friends close, and you enemies closer" I wonder how the world's "leaders" (i.e. the USA) view this, since the Yanks kept them out of the international Space station.
I'm out of my mind, but feel free to leave a message...

Irrelevant. The point is that their technological achievements while being granted third world status in the climate fiasco is whats ridiculous....

not sure I believe this post ? the chinese are great copiers but when it comes to original ideas the have none so they steal from everyone they can hence the copyright battle , now if its the japanese / koreans yes they have the inventiveness like "normal" races ie poms russians yanks scandinavians and of course the nzers and occasional aussie lol . so its taken them a long time to "gather" the info and use it , but being from there the question is "how long will it last "and would you put your life on the line using it ?????

Maybe the Chinese have long memories as to how the Americans, British, French treated them
They may see it as KARMA

Perhaps, although that has nothing to do with our unbelievable naivety in giving them third world status while we stupidly kill our economies.

And how badly have they actually been treated? Those left alive would be speaking Japanese and eating sushi if it wasn't for the countries you mention, among many others.

It is wrong to throw up comparisons with the past.

In reality Germany/Japan would have eventually lost because they didn't have the numbers and although Germans discovered the tech, they didn't have the brains to use it 'properly'. Talking mostly about the ability to create nuclear weapons, which will be the endgame in all world wars.
Proxy nuclear wars are possible where China can choose to nuke a country that can't defend itself like Australia where USA will not take the risk to be totally destroyed themselves by nuking back.

"Third world" China absolutely has the numbers nowhere matched elsewhere in the world AND the (stolen)tech + total loyalty to their powerful government + they have Russia.

All we have is a wonky messed up USA to stand up against them and maybe a bunch of indecisive bureaucrats called NATO.

As for the Paris accord China does have a target, we not.

If China is third world, I put USA 5th world, Australia 10th world as we don't even produce anything but exorbitant uncontrolled realestate prices which will lead to our self destruction.

Question, who could be considered 1st world these days?

So, from this part of your statement, we can gather that you actually believe China....FFS..........if you do you can sprout this nonsense, otherwise why have useless targets?

Nothing advanced about China except their military and dictatorship....

    Health System ........ummm...no
Labor system of any kind other than slavery......ummm...no
    Legal system.............ummmm...no.

Like I said, not even third world....let alone anywhere near first.

We are on our own, sure. I'm sure life under a bunch of thugs would be great.....

The stupidity of reducing emissions drastically while they just increase theirs leading to an increased advantage beggars belief IMO.

    You are very confusing.
It seemed clear to me (and apparently others) that you were being sarcastic with the third world classification, showing examples of first world 'achievements'.

    What I believe is irrelevant!
Half the world with reasonable access to news and internet believe China is the second largest economy, the other half with limited info access believe they are the largest.
As it is mainly money and power that makes this world go round they can be hardly considered third world anymore.

Maybe time for you to try the internet while we still have relatively free access rather than making unsubstantiated claims:

    Healthcare in China:

Not much different to our medicare.

China has both regulated labour laws and forced labour and underpaid for certain groups like many other countries:

Breaching human rights(Uyghur) is a good topic for the MSM but you must not forget that most of the world's manufacturers depend on China's labour force.

China has one of the oldest legal systems in the world:

Unfortunately the current government has adopted it to "rule by law" instead of "rule with law" but it still has a very strong legal system and they seem to manage to get their people to behave, like it or not.

    As I said:
China has an emission target, we do not.
They make more smog because they manufacture roughly half of the worlds products and we manufacture almost nothing.
Before those hypocrite emission bureaucrats in Paris call China a third world country how about they stop Europe from outsourcing all their dirty manufacture to China.
There is hardly a German brand any more that is not made in the bloody PRC.

haha, well that doesn't bode well most of the worlds electronic equipment does it, seeing as China is the biggest manufacturer of electronic components.

Not just components, I find that the Chinese are the world's worst when it comes to soldering.
They call it welding, maybe that's why

Do an image search with your favourite browser: iPhone fire
I wonder how much Apple pays to stop the media reporting all the fires from their iPhones made in China by underpaid workers.
According to some reports the entire wage to assemble the phone there equates to US$10 but that may have changed more recently.

A while ago I took some Chinese 18650 Li-Ion batteries apart and sure enough there was a lot of sand inside to make them feel heavy, like quality cells.
I suppose when they DO catch fire the sand partly suppresses it but the amount of actual electrode material is so small the fire risk is low, despite the exciting names they have like UltraFire and SureFire

I'd also suggest that the good products are kept in China and all they do is sell their seconds and thirds (fourths.....infinities) to the suckers in the west......

    Highly likely.

And yet they are totally trustworthy with emissions targets? Puulease!!
