Default Firefox 68.1.1 on Tablet Question

I was looking at page. It opens with the time zone "Australia/Sydney". Muggins thought he would check another time zone. When he tried to return to Australia/Sydney it was not in the pop-up ... shows where Australia stands!

My question is how do I get rid of the incorrect time zone and get back to Australia/Sydney?

I have tried emptying cache on exit but that does not work.
If Australia is a democracy why, then, is voting compulsory?

"Wearing leg irons is now not required."

As far as timezones go, Australia/Sydney is identical to Australia/Melbourne

Not sure what I did but got a different "clear" pop-up. Unchecked what i wanted to keep and bingo.

    Happy camper.
