I think it should be publicly crushed into very small pieces by a huge mining hauler. That will send a message to idiots.

Agreed, but I would go one step further and make the idiot do the crushing.
I'm out of my mind, but feel free to leave a message...

Back in the late sixty's Ivan brought a then young Frank Vukovich a new bright blue coloured Holden monaro 327. There was a rumour floating around at the time that Frank was heading out along great eastern highway and somehow managed to select reverse while going forward at a considerable speed resulting in the gearbox being spread all over the highway.

    Funny you should mention that....

I was talking to Frank yesterday after we revealed the prem to him...

The funeral business purchased 3 cars from Kyle motors in hannan St in 1969.

The hk premier, which Was Ivan's personal car, Frank's monaro (which he had to pay Ivan back for) and a ht wagon.

The wagon had the passenger bucket removed to allow for a coffin to fit.
It was used to pick up bodies from out bush.
I suspect the boot of ivans prem was used for the same purpose when it got busy...

They wrapped bodies in rubber sheets back in the day...

Frank wanted Ivan to get the prem with 307 option but he didn't.
I said to Frank its never even had a radio fitted, let alone a v8....

He didn't like driving the prem as it was only a six....

The hearse at the time was a 1955 Ford ranch wagon with 390 v8.

I brought it back to kal a couple of years ago from a museum near Bunbury.
It has now been put back on the road and is in service at the funeral home.

I also brought back the next hearse, a 1975 chev. It's currently being reconditioned.

Frank said none of the company cars ever had a radio...

Frank did say something about the gearbox incident, but I didn't pay a lot of attention at the time ....

Ivan purchased the funeral business from the Kyle family before they opened the Holden dealership.
