Boogerd here , Long time lurker. Been lurking the forums for a few years , an amazing amount of info from some amazingly smart people in these forums. Wish I was one of them!!! Although the information I have gotten from these forums has educated me greatly.

anyway wanted to finally introduce myself , Name is Dan but my friends call me booger ( no its not for the reason you think - if you are old enough think of the movie Nerds - easy clue ) I am from the great state of Ohio where the weather is as flakey as a windows app. I love anything communication related and long walks on the beach ( hehe ) and computers.

My kids have all grown and moved on to college and now I sit at home bored ..... they grew up way to fast. When i'm not wrenching on diesel engines for a living I am sitting at home messing with radios , computers and what ever else gets my attention for a few minutes.

Look forward to learning more and maybe even helping someone along the way
