    An amazing effort for all the band's members to have been performing this long.

    I wouldn't be surprised if the band calls it quits, if for no other reason that out of respect for Charlie by not replacing him.

    A sad day for all involved. I agree, it would be sad to replace him and for the band to retire would be respectful. Though, given that their life has been entertaining, it would be hard for them all to hang up their hats at his stage

    He was the glue that held the Stones together.
    I think they should to continue to tour with Steve Jordan to commemorate him. Giving up is NOT showing respect.

    I don't think they know any other way of life mate.......I'm sure they'll continue as long as they can.
    The fact that there's a highway to hell and a stairway to heaven says a lot about the anticipated traffic flow.
