    Default Vodaphone TV Box - can't load Kayo

    Evening all. I run Kayo on my Mibox no probs at all. I tried to load it on my Vodaphone TV Box tonight and it comes up with a message to saying Kayo Sports for Android TV isn't available on Google Play on this device. It's an android device so what's the go?

    It may be due to the OS being mobile based? Not sure what OS they run.

    Other TV devices running Android Mobile OS:

    The Kayo Sports app for Android TV is not available on TV devices running the Android Mobile OS. You can still download and start streaming using the Kayo Sports app, which is optimised for mobiles/tablets and may not provide an optimal experience on such TV devices.

    Nothing to do with the OS. Just that Stream Motion (Kayo and Binge apps) have not approved its use on Vodafone TV. Just side load the apk. Look on Whirlpool for more info.

    You will find most of the current apks here;

    Download apk from a google search, or if you have file explorer on another device you can make a backup copy any apk.
    Put it on a USB stick and install.
    Another catch with the vodafone box is that the 8mb of storage doesnt go a long way so you may have trouble with loading or even updates.
    Its a good idea to clear just the "CACHE DATA" not your stored data.
    This may give you enough extra store room without having to delete any apps.

    I'm having similar issues with both netflix and prime, were working fine on 2 VTV boxes but now wont even open, i had to side load both apps using AptoideTV since an OS update killed any working streaming apps some time last year.
