Default Old time user trying to re-learn the ropes - Garmin EDGE 800

Hi all, I was an avid GPS tinkerer several years ago (about 15)!
Several years ago I unlocked my last couplke of maps - Australia Topo V2, OZTopo 2.1 and City Navigator 2013.1 - I still have all the original map files, as well as utilities including garminkeygen.exe, garminunlocker.exe, mapset toolkit, mapsource etc from back in the day.

My problem is I am trying to change the map regions that are installed on my edge 800 as I have moved from SA to NSW and last time I uploaded maps I only chose my area. Since then, I have changed PCs and all my old software and maps are just on a USB drive - so not currently useable.
My brain thinks it knows what to do but the last hour would disagree!

I would like an updated map set suitable for road cycling and MTB as well so if anyone has any links or tips to point me in the right directio nthat would be great!

    Cheers,

    Pred.

When I was still using a Garmin Edge 510, I dumped the Garmin maps and used OpenStreetMap instead. It’s a bit fiddly to load the maps - you use this utility:

Thanks for the reply shred. I ended up getting CN2022.3 as well as my old topo maps working but decided to use OSM and a new one I found called open map chest instead.

    Regards,
