    is there anywhere around that can remove dump info and reprogram these type of chips without sending offshore.

    E-MMC NAND storage with builtin controller -- looking at the pinout, it doesn't seem to expose the signals necessary to implement NAND protocol directly (unless the missing signals are exposed to RFU/VSF )

    Wrt your question, google the string 'EMMC recovery Australia' and email/inquire the results as to whether or not they can handle that chip
