Default Solution Link Software Not Showing PINs

    Hi All,

I have 2 pc's with the same version and database of Solution Link on them but when I connected one of them to the 6000 it blanked out all the user PINs with *****.
I am mindful not to connect the second one to the panel just in case the same thing happens to it!
Has anyone got any idea why this would happen?

    Thanks

Is it an authority level setting in SolutionLink?

Have checked but can't find any setting for it?
Re-entered the PINS and saved but still changed to ***** once saved.

Not meaning to be rude, but you can't have looked very hard... Secure gave you a pretty good clue as to where it is.

    1. In the Main Menu when you first open SolutionLink, go to Operators.
    2. Highlight your current user and click the Authority button.
    3. Highlight the authority level that your account belongs to and then click the Edit button.
    4. In the Forms tab, find the Panel Forms pane. Tick the Show PIN Codes box.

Thanks. Will have a look. Thought I did have a proper look.

Checked and there is only one user in the system as administrator.
    PIN permissions selected.
This is only happening to one panel in Solutionlink.
    Any other places to look?
