Default Remember That Ship Full Of Porsches And Lamborghinis? It Sank

I thought there was a thread on this... can't locate it if there was.

Ship carrying 4,000 luxury vehicles, mostly Lamborghini, Porsche, Bentley and Audi caught fire.. now sunk.

Hope their insurance was paid up.

If that's the case then it could become a real problem shipping them in the future.

As I understand it, the way to fight EV fires is lots and lots of water(fresh not salt) to cool the battery packs and even then they often reignite ...not easy to do on a ship full of them.

And there are only going to be more per shipload in the coming years.

I doubt if insurers or shipping lines will even want to transport EVs after this major loss
