I live just south of brisbane and I have 2.3 meter mesh dish C band and will fit a Ku lnb on top of the C band on top by cutting the top off and mounting it on top. I have seen some for sale and watched this being done on u tube. Where do I find the skew for Ku on Intelsat 19 at 166.0E?

If your Ku LNB has the connector facing downward, it will be approx between the 5 and 6 o'clock position, but as mentioned, as with any LNB, skew can only be correctly aligned/optimised with a meter with a signal quality (BER/MER) scale.
