Hi all. I've been having internet issues with TPG. They sent a technical out and he confirmed that there is nothing wrong with the modem/router or NBN box. I have FTTP.
TPG have escalated to NBN but they still haven't sorted it out.
I was thinking of changing providers and from what I read, Tangerine seem to be a ISP in my area and the reviews I've read about them seem to be good.
Has anybody used them and what are they like?
If I swap over to a new provider will the issue I'm having still be there seeing as though it is an NBN issue?

I believe the issue would still be there but a change of provider to one that has better support staff could see your issue diagnosed better and resolved quicker.
I use Aussie Broadband who use Australian support staff who understand the product and could probably give you a better resolution than ISP's that use overseas script readers with very little technical expertise.
