    Default Forum "Token Expired" ??

Occasionally, when trying to post a reply, I get...

Even after pushing the 'Back' button, AND re-loading the page, and either putting something in the "Quick Reply" box,
or clicking on the posts 'Reply' button, it keeps coming back to the same message shown above???
Can't figure out what I'm doing wrong??

Tried clearing cookies and browsing history?

What OS and browser are you using?

Does it happen with different browsers?

Thanks for that. I only ever use Firefox, (and Windows 10), and 99% of the time it's fine?
I would have thought that forcing a page re-load would stop any Cache issues.
Next time, I'll try the cookies/history route!!

I think I found the problem!!!!
I have LOTS of TABS open in my browser. SOMETIMES, apart from having many Tabs open for 'Austech' etc, I may have accidentally
opened more than one Tab for a particular Post/Conversation !! I can understand that this may cause confusion with pages/reloads !!

...when in the post window, the auto-saved content cache seems to have a timeout value, which as best I can figure it is near 24hrs (but it could be other things...ie; telco shifts IP on your connection) I do see this from time to time (debian/firefox-esr), but only when I have a post/reply in process...and forget about it, and it 2days or something before I notice how remiss I've been =)

Multiple tabs open of the same page/thread certainly wouldn't help.

Whether relative or not, most reported site issues are from members using Firefox.

I am aware of 'ntv' 's response also, thanks...
I'm pretty sure the 'Multiple-Tabs' issue was the problem. I will watch out for such a recurrence in the future!!
As a side-note, I can not imagine how the use of the likes of 'Firefox' could have such detrimental effects??

I'd suspect, leaving tabs open for a couple of days might be the issue. Firefox, here, has never shown that, but, I always close my session and clear cookies when I've finished browsing. If I need to remember a place I just bookmark it and delete said bookmark when I've finished with it (actually I use speed dial.)
I'm out of my mind, but feel free to leave a message...
