Questionnaire Technology and Media Help

Hi, I'm a student from Sydney, and for our school's preliminary course for Society and Culture, I require insight and perspectives. In particular, my questionnaire will feature questions about technology and media usage as well as the perceptions of these. The nature of the questionnaire is a cross-cultural comparison between generation Y (1980-1995) and generation Z (1996-2010) and all information gathered will be used for the sole purpose of my research. All answers and participants will be anonymous and unidentified. More information will be provided in the questionnaire.

The questionnaire is very quick (around 5 minutes long). I would really appreciate it if you are able to participate.

Not even any information of which 'school' is running this.
