New R4 card won' work in DSlite

Hi,

Just received my new R4 card and loaded the R4 v1.18 kernel onto it as per all the instructions but when I put it in the DS it doesn't recognise any cards in slot one.

I've followed these instructions which a dummy could follow but still no joy.




The directory structure is as follows which I beleive is right

_System_ (Folder)
Moonshl (Folder)
_DS_MENU (.dat)
_DS_MSHL.nds

The process looks like it should be pretty simple. I'm starting to wonder if there could be a problem with the card.

Any ideas?????
