    What a brilliant game!

Neck and neck right down to the final siren.

    Both teams deserved to win.

What a game! Very controversial last 2 minutes when Tom Lynch's snap sailed directly over the post.

The goal umpire's decision was a goal which would of won the game for the Tigers.

Then the final call went to the AFL score review system which decided it was a point. That decision stuffed up the Tigers progression to the semi-finals.

    Bullsh!t..............

You're just obsessed with Anthony Roccas over the post miss in 2002.....aaaah, now that was a great day hey?...................

I picked Richmond in the tipping, but I don't care......great game.

Hehehe... I have plenty of pet hates.. Remember the Escort 1980 Night Grand Final Collingwood Vs North Melbourne ?

A goal kicked after the siren that downed the Pies.. using the AFL score review system, that would have been another GF win to the Pies. LOL

I dislike Wayne Harmes, John Nicholls & Kevin Bartlett just wanted to say that.. LOL

The fact that the goal kick went right over the post should be called a behind. If it were lower it would've hit the post. It's a bugger but the score review system is what we have to deal with these day. Personally it removes the "personal" touch from the game. Umpires, do, sometimes, get it wrong, but everybody plays to the rules and, in the end, both teams eventually benefit from an umpire's wrong call at times. I missed the game but from reports, I feel for both teams, especially as the call went against the Tiggers.
I'm out of my mind, but feel free to leave a message...

There was no way that you could actually tell it went directly over the post or not, you would have to of had multiple camera angles displayed simultaneously, it was called a goal by the goal umpire and with no definitive proof of it going over the post it should have remained a goal. And I’m not a Tigers fan.

Yep, it was a 50/50 call.
IMO, I would have said it's an umpires call.

Cricket, a less popular sport has a small ball with speeds around 120-160km/h and have great HD slow motion with snicko for reviews.
AFL, the most popular and wealthiest sport in Australia, has a larger ball at speeds around 30-40km/h and slow motion looks less than SD quality using potato lens.
