Where to purchase tritium / betalights / GLTS tubes?

Looking to restore a watch that uses tritium / betalights / GLTS tubes or 'vials' - and finding it hard to source a couple in the size required for the hour & minute hands: 0.65mm diameter x 4.1mm long + 0.65mm diamater x 6.6mm long, both in green. Might be able to substitute with vials just a little larger, up to 1mm diameter max due to clearance between the hands.
Have tried: eBay, alibaba, aliexpress, amazon - all suppliers seem to be out of stock in those sizes.

Any suggestions for sources of these?
