    Default iphone Incoming Voice Volume

The wife has an iPhone (no jokes or lectures please!). When she calls or receives a call, the incoming voice volume is ridiculously low...

    Help...

Not sure if this will...but... my mum had this complaint (on android) and it turned out she'd been tapping the volume down rocker whilst handling the phone on a call ...that simple, she's since revised her manual dexterity when handling the phone =)

If the volume button is on maximum and she can't hear well enough then there is likely a problem with the phone.

Make sure she presses the volume up button while on the call and there should be an immediate increase in volume.

My bastard would give me tinnitus if I had it on max volume.

The mesh in the ear piece is blocked. I used to fix this all the time - metho and a toothbrush, scrub the earhole and give it a blow with a little bit of compressed air
