    need a new solution 16 keypad (cc880).
    old one has been beaten to death.

    i take it the panels are garbage so $175 for garbage is not worth it.

    i think i will install a new tecom.

    No thats a retail price, sorry if its out of your budget.

    so i guess the trade price is $50.

    if i end up installing a tecom i will be putting in some HID units (lazy).

    WOW HID, why not Biometric, this way when your out, you don't need to carry a fob/card. Then I can use my MI5 skills and get in without a key

    i can see your not too bright.
    i used to install alarms and i know everything has 300% on it.
    this is not for my house it is for somone i know.
    a hid unit is cheap no codes to fool around with.
    for $175 i can get a lot of keyfobs and hid units.

    are you looking for a led or an lcd keypad. led looks like concept IQ kp.
    cp5 or cp4 style? one has HOME and one has STAY.
    16 zone or 8 zone?
    master partitioned keypad or normal?
    BOSCH or Solution keypad? any preference.
