    Default Solution 2000 "Reboot"

    Hi

    Just trying to work out best way to restart the alarm system, had to replace faulty IP module which is online (locally on my lan) but will not connect to cloud

    Wanting to restart the solution 2000 part, do i just power off at wall and disconnect the battery then reconnect battery and power? will the siren trigger at all??

    I read that you can "reset" via panel with installer code (ive got that),

    Code:
    System reset
    Use this Master Code Function to reset the system manually.
    To reset the system:
    Enter your Master Code and press [9][9][8][9][AWAY]. Two beeps sound and the system is
    reset.
    If the control panel powers up after it is powered down, the system resets automatically
    Will the above code erase anything or just reboot the panel?

    Easiest way is to power down alarm, remove plug pack and battery then reconnect and power up.

    This will not erase an programming. May sound alarm when opening up panel box.

    Did IP module setting get programmed in to alarm? Otherwise it will not work or connect to cloud.
