    Default Remote Fault finding using a Camera and Comms Link

    Had problems with our new Samsung Frig, SS tech sent me a link on my phone in SA that when "allowed" connected my phone to her screen in NSW, Talking on my house phone, with my camera on the Frig Controls with me adjusting same a problem was resolved (the operation manual could be worded better).

    Question, Do you know the name of this software as a friend could have a use for him to remote fault find.

    Something like this below, but more cost effective for a low use maybe 3 or 4 times a year
