Any good software to remove DRM and convert an acsm to pdf?

You can buy a program called EPubor which will do the job. However, this is simply a re-packaging of the open source DeDRM tools with their own interface.
The best way to accomplish what you want is to install the open source calibre e-book management program.
Then you install noDRM's DeDrm tools from his Github repository.
A link to download the latest release is on the right hand side of the page.
Finally, you need to download and install the DeACSM calibre plugin
Once installed you need to configure the last plugin in the Calibre plugins menu with your Adobe ID. You can then simply drag and drop or open the .acsm file in Calibre and the adobe epub will be downloaded, the drm removed and the unencrypted book will appear in Calibre. You should then be able to read it with the Calibre view command or transfer it to your phone or e-reader. Please note that the acsm file is not the actual book file. It is used to actually download the epub file. Good luck.
