I am OFFENDED! I shall certainly be avoiding anything by Harper Collins from now on! Coon changed the name of their cheese because the permanently offended didn't like the name of the cheese which
got its original name from American pioneering cheese maker Edward William Coon who patented a ripening process in the 1920s. I have not purchased "Cheer" cheese since the name change.
