Returning after 8 years absent.

As I mentioned in the title, I have been absent for about 8 years(parkinsons disease). I have an xdsr358hd avanti which I cannot remember the codes for the or where to park the cursor & hidden menu so I possible so I can retune me c band channels. So if kind soul with the above I would be grateful.
